Housed in three 19th-century buildings, the Missisquoi museum retells the life of the pioneers and the history of the county of Missisquoi and its surrounding area. Its mission is to gather, preserve, analyze and exhibit anything of heritage and historical interest. The museum features over 12,000 artefact items located in the three buildings. Come visit the three floors of the Cornell Mill, the new multi-media elements installed in Hodge’s General Store and the 12-sided Walbridge Barn’s unique architecture and very ingenious installations. Group activities for adults and students, Education Programme directly in the classroom, art gallery, Christmas Village, history books for sale, archives services and much more.
