Our mission is to produce honey and by-products of the hive such as propolis. Our honey is lightly manipulated in order to preserve its flavor and its nutritional value and/or medicinal purposes. We also produce mead made from modern oenology and can be consumed as an aperitif, during a cocktail and during meals. During the summer, our products are available at the boutique. Off season, by phone or email for information.
