A visit that’s worth the detour. A walk in the Parc du Domaine Howard Park’'s trails will allow visitors to discover the Carl-Camirand municipal greenhouses. A thousand trees grouped under forty species, hundreds of trees at various stages of development, hundreds of ornamental shrubs, two hundred species of perennials and annuals as well as different types of flower beds and multiple colors of plants to decorate the gardens of the Parc du Domaine Howard. The municipal greenhouses produce annually about 50,000 plants that are used to achieve different mosaics, plus 60,000 annual plants and thousands of perennials that bloom several parks and sites of the city.
