Vignoble Chapelle Ste-Agnès

2565, chemin Scenic, Sutton, Quebec J0E 2K0 (Directions and nearest interest points)

A romanesque stone chapel, several levels of medieval wine cellars and a new banquet hall accompany the vineyard, which has 18 terraces supported by massive stone walls. It is located in the beautiful Missisquoi Valley. This vineyard specializes in vin de terroir dessert wines, utilizing a more traditional approach. The icewine grapes are hand picked from the vines in winter at about -10C. Chapelle Ste Agnès has now entered 2 of the most prestigious and industry-recognized wine competitions (I.W.S.C. and Decanter) worldwide and has come away each time with awards.
