The Fromagerie des Cantons is located in the town of Farnham. In order to respect the local loyalist tradition, we are the first cheese factory in Québec offering homemade cheeses using only Jersey cow milk (the little brown cow who gives chocolate milk !?!). We offer cheeses made from raw and thermised milk.
