Les Inséparables, au théâtre la Marjolaine :
Twenty-five years ago, "Les Inséparables" was the hottest band in town. Eddy Martin, the suave singer, and Louis, his pianist, were at the peak of their careers… until the day they discovered both were the father of the same child. With the passage of time, their popularity declined. A generation later, no one remembers them.
Now in their 50s (and in debt), the two men must take in a popular young rapper. The young man’s presence will cause a clash of generations.
This Quebec-based play was written by author and actor Claude Montminy, and stars four actor-singers: Jean Maheux, Jean Marchand, Véronique Claveau and Marc St-Martin.
Each pair of tickets is valued at $72 (including taxes and box office fees).
Performances: Wednesdays to Saturdays, 8 p.m. From June 23 to August 28, 2010. Reservations required.
