Tomifobia Nature Trail

This 19 km trail follows the route of a former Canadian Pacific railway along Tomifobia River to connect the towns of Ayer’s Cliff and Stanstead. Far from traffic and tucked in nature, it’s the perfect setting for a laid-back family ride.

La Pinte

Rivière Tomifobia

Pedal the path along this winding river to see ponds, marches and bogs and the creatures than call them home—including several bird species. For an even closer look, you can also paddle down the river by canoe or kayak.

Stanstead

This town was created by the merger of three villages (Stanstead Plain, Rock Island and Beebe Plain) in 1995. According to the Beautiful Villages of Quebec Association, Stanstead is home to some of the most picturesque architectural gems in the entire region.
