Swiss National Day Celebration, 37th edition

Every year, during the weekend closest to August 1st, Swiss people, in their homeland, as well as abroad, celebrate their National Holiday with a great display of pride. The Eastern Townships is home to an important population of Swiss citizens who were attracted by the hilly landscapes, the rich agrarian lands and the quality of life they found in the region. They kept some pride for their culture and national traditions. Every summer, the Federation of Swiss Societies of Eastern Canada Inc. organizes an imposing celebration at the Altitude 400 Chalet at SUTTON, My Mountain Resort!
