  • The Hovey Manor restaurant’s consistent focus on excellence made it the 2004 recipient of the prestigious Prix d’Or at the Grands Prix du Tourisme Québecois, while its wine list earned the Prix Cartes d’Or (best in Quebec). The Manor is one of only three restaurants in Quebec to have earned five stars in each of three categories (dining, service and décor) in the 2005 edition of Voir magazine’s celebrated restaurant guide. The inn also recently received the DiRoNa (Distinguished Restaurants of North America) award and Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine and earned praise in the 2004 edition of Frommer’s Guide.
