Spa Eastman has added a new balneotherapy complex - Eastman-les-Bains. It has two exterior whirlpools, one Nordic bath, a hammam (Turkish steam room), a Kneipp hydrotherapy circuit and a new relaxation area. Spa Eastman is also offering a « Raw Food Cure », a « Weight Loss & Fun » program and a « Health & Wellness Immersion » package.

Spa Bromont, which is situated in the Pavillon des Sens, on the grounds of Domaine Château Bromont, has opened a brand new Aquatonic Park – the only one in Quebec! The park has two large pools with 52 water jets at 15 « stations ». The water jets are relaxing or stimulating - depending on the type of jet and the force of the water - and are designed to condition and tone the body. Spa-goers can choose between lying on a chaise longue, pedalling an underwater bicycle or walking against the force of a strong current of water. Spa Bromont is developing various programs designed for sports lovers. There’s certainly no shortage of activities at the foot of nearby Ski Bromont.
