    Renowned fine dining with two different menus every night featuring regional and seasonal produce. Our specialty: game/venison, duck, elk, quail, bison, rabbit, guinea fowl, etc. Terrines and pâtés of all kinds, local cheeses. From our breads to our deserts, everything is homemade and prepared with great care. Bring your own wine.
