Welcome and information

In addition to coordinating the 19 welcome and information bureaus in the region, Tourism Eastern Townships offers its members the following services:

- Referrals of your businesses to tourists who request information by phone, mail and/or e-mail

- Representation to the media: during tours by journalists, public relations activities, the Bourse des médias, etc. (Meeting about 87 journalists / 300 published articles; editorial value of published articles in 2008-09 amounted to $10 M)

- Members receive newsletters by e-mail four times a year

- Invitation to activities organized by Tourism Eastern Townships: annual general meeting, Marketing Day, etc.

- Access to tourist signs (blue signs) with no charge when opening a file

- Documentation services / distribution of tourism data and statistics (via Extranet)
