Dany St-Pierre launches the 1st edition of Printemps Rosé at Sherbrooke’s Marché de la Gare on May 10

Printemps rosé, a spring celebration of our rosé wines, will unfurl its first petals at a grand, festive launch at Sherbrooke’s Marché de la Gare, on Thursday, May 10, beginning at 4 p.m.. Merchants, vineyards, and musicians will be on hand to kick off the Printemps Rosé celebrations. Dany Saint-Pierre, chef-owner of the Auguste restaurant and a friend of the Marché de la Gare public market’s merchants will blend cuisine and rosé.

A natural gathering place, the Marché de la Gare will draw a variety of folks– including walkers, runners, strollers, the curious, and lovers of wine and fresh local products – to this huge country-atmosphere celebration, where they’ll savour rosé wines from Eastern Townships vineyards at the Gypsy caravan, discover the Printemps rosé program continuing over five weekends until June 10, and enjoy rosé products from Marché de la Gare merchants.

Mrs. Bao, the fortune teller, will predict your future with humor, by reading the palm of your hand. Also, two guitarists of the OFF Festival des harmonies will contribute to the ambiance of the festival by performing gypsy jazz. For the complete program, visit www.sherbrookeenmusique.com
