Day 1

L’Estriade

L’Estriade is one of six segments of the Véloroute des Cantons cycling network. From Granby to Waterloo, the whole family can safely enjoy cycling along this former railroad bed.

• Parking at the Vélogare de Granby (Denison St. E., next to tourist office)
• Choose your distance
  • Granby is 21 km from Waterloo. Distances are clearly indicated along L’Estriade, and you’ll find numerous places to picnic.
  • At the Relais des Cheminots, 12.5km from Granby, to rest or have lunch, you’ll find picnic tables, rest rooms and shady trees.

Two ways to return:

• Cycle back along the same route
• Call Taxi-vélo who will bring you back to your departure point.
• If you’re not too tired in the afternoon, consider a visit to the Granby Zoo and Amazoo or the Grimpe et Partou family activity centre.

Day 2

Moutain Biking at the Ski Bromont Waterpark

The Pente douce mountain biking trail at Ski Bromont is an experience for the whole family

• Parking and departure point: Ski Bromont Waterpark
• Possible access to water park and mountain biking on one admission

Day 3

Parc national de la Yamaska

The cycling path  winds through the park around the Choinière Reservoir and includes several rest areas

• Parking and departure point: the park beach
• Foresee purchasing a day pass
• The loop trail is about 20 km
• After your bicycle ride, enjoy a swim or other water activity.
