Hosted by Todd Pouliot, owner of the microbrasserie La Memphré, a microbrewery and Sébastien Lefebvre, a chef and co-owner of La Retenue, this workshop/lunch showcasing the world of beer, includes the sampling of eight beers brewed in Quebec, along with a selection of tasty appetizers.
