The Bronze

This event is over.
May 1, 2021 ~ Oct 31, 2021

Forged from the alloy of copper and tin, bronze was the first metal men learned to shape artistically in ancient times.

Building on this heritage, the collection of bronze sculpture at the Museum impresses with its beauty and richness. Consisting of mainly contemporary works, this particular section includes sculptures by internationally renowned artist Gérard Bélanger, whom he himself has helped introduce this ancient art work to Quebec.
