When the Merry family settled in 1799, they lived from what they could grow and harvest. Soon, the region became more properous and the locals gained access to a larger variety of products. A transition then occurred in their eating habits.

What is the impact of American and British influences in our diet? The speaker-storyteller Eric Michaud spices up his presentation with touches of humor and crunchy stories!
