The Merry House is very proud to invite you to its first annual fundraising event on Friday, October 18th, 2019. In the form of a scotch tasting, the evening will be co-chaired by comedian Dany Turcotte and singer-songwriter-composer Patrice Michaud.
Hosted by the “Club de Whisky du King Hall,” the evening will begin at 5:30 p.m. Several tastings are planned for the guests, as well as a food and scotch pairing, presented by Chef David Vinas. An animation on Scottish history will also be presented by Daniel Audet, from the “Ruée vers Gould.”
Less than a year after its official opening, the Merry House buzzes with activities: special events, school programs, activities for touristic groups, preparation of a new exhibition, packages with local partners and so on.
We strongly believe that the support of the community contributes to the accomplishment of our mission and the realization of all our projects. This first benefit event will help us fund next year's programming (exhibition, activities and events).
