Minton

At Minton, we want to welcome you as we would with our friends and family. Established in the historic Greenbank House built in 1860, Minton is located in the heart of the Eastern Townships, near producers, local artisans and the most beautiful views of Quebec. We are proud to welcome you and we invite you to discover the beautiful Lake Massawippi region. In a bucolic and cozy atmosphere, we offer a gourmet experience prepared by chef Simon Proulx.
