Musée de l'ardoise

Located in an exceptional church built in 1889 whose roof and steeple are made of slate, the Center offers activities on the history and heritage of this remarkable stone. At the end of the 19th-century, the slate industry reached unparalleled peaks in the region. What to see and do: a guided tour of the permanent exhibition, two temporary exhibitions (art and local heritage), five lectures-theatres. A boutique showcasing local products.

Because of the situation, different establishments have had to close temporarily, or modify their operating hours. We suggest you contact them before leaving home.
