It all began when a girl and a guy met while brewing beer on their own. Then came the animals to produce manure to grow hops. Eventually, the production of calves, lambs, goats and pigs took over the production of hops. In July 2019, the couple purchased the Sawyerville Hotel, a century-old historic building which had been closed for several years. They created a menu prepared with local produce. In March 2020, the global pandemic hit hard so the owners made the decision to take advantage of this time to set up the microbrewery project that had been in their thoughts for some time.
