Siboire Experience
Le Siboire Dépôt, the first branch to open in November 2007, is located in the heart of downtown Sherbrooke in a heritage building that once housed a train station. While being close to all the downtown attractions, Le Siboire Dépôt offers, in the summer, a large peaceful flower-filled terrace, as well as several private rooms that can accommodate groups of 25 to 100 people. The menu features a variety of high-quality dishes, including its famous Fish & Chips, but above all, a wide selection of beers freshly brewed on-site. In addition to the pub, the presence of the shop, the beer yard, and the brewery itself will let you discover and appreciate the brewing and historical world of Le Siboire Dépôt!
