Le Ruisseau, located in Dunham, is a vineyard, distillery, cidery, organic maple grove, and culinary destination all in one.
A covered bridge, vaulted barrel cellar, two-level winery, indoor and outdoor tasting areas, boutique, modern sugar shack, and stills all come together to give the estate its unique character.
The vineyard's restaurant, Le Sarment, features cuisine inspired by local produce, harvests, and livestock raised on the estate, with a view over the vines, in an atmosphere as generous as the terroir that inspires it.
