Le Vignoble du Ruisseau is located in Dunham, is at the same time a vineyard, a distillery, a cider house, an organic maple grove and a Bistro on embers.
The vineyard makes its mark in the wine domain thanks to its patented technology, which aims to heat the vine during the winter, thanks to geothermal energy. An unusual and ingenious way of cultivating Vinifera grape varieties in cold climates: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Gewürztraminer and Cabernet-Sauvignon.
Covered bridge, vaulted barrel cellar, two-storey winery, indoor and outdoor tasting areas, boutique, sugar shack, stills and a country table under the name ''Bistro on embers'' highlighting the gardens and the cattle and pig farms of the domain.
