Jouvence offers more than 30 pavilions with 1 to 42 rooms, for a total of 152 comfortable rooms, able to accommodate more than 330 people. All chalets feature a wood stove or a shared fireplace, and are located either on the shores of Lake Stukely or deep in the forest. This is hospitality—reimagined.

And it’s all-inclusive: accommodations, meals, coffee breaks, meeting rooms, outdoor activities, and equipment. No logistical headaches—just the joy of fully living your event, with no hidden fees.

The Auberge de Jouvence is getting a makeover! To better welcome its guests, the Auberge is currently undergoing renovations. In 2026, it will reopen with increased accommodation capacity, brand-new comfort-focused rooms, and enhanced, modernized meeting spaces.
