Possibility of making your own picnic basket at our gourmet boutique and to do a picnic around or at a local winery. Several golf courses including the Royal Bromont, mountain biking trails located in Bromont, Owl’sHead, Sutton (ski & trails), Mount Orford National park, biking circuits, Balnéa spa, Bolton spa, cheese maker circuits, antiques, etc.

A gourmet restaurant and a festive terrace bistro during high season. A gourmet boutique abounding of local products and homemade creations. A semi-olympic pool, 112 acres of forest offering equipped hike trails (snowshoes during winter) the depart at the pond situated behind the hotel, a privileged access to the Brome lake, where you’ll be able to swim or kayak (can be rent on the spot), a massage service on demand and the location of electric bikes. During winter, the lake becomes a huge skating rink, there is also cross-country skiing, snowkite etc.

With a pan-Canadian journey over the course of two decades, Simon Bouchard is coming back from western Canada with a rich knowledge of his experiences. Fan of local products from Quebec, he adapts everything with traditional french cuisine for the gustative pleasure of our demanding customers.
