Sherbrooke t'en bouche un coin

From June 12 to 15, 2025

For one weekend, downtown Sherbrooke transforms into the epicentre of local gastronomy with the highly anticipated return of Sherbrooke t’en bouche un coin. Over three days, renowned chefs, passionate producers and talented artisans invite you to enjoy a festive and flavourful culinary experience. On the menu: creative bites, delicious pairings, original cocktails, live music and tasty discoveries—all in the open air, in a warm and vibrant atmosphere that perfectly captures the Eastern Townships’ way of life. A unique chance to savour the region’s diversity and culinary talent.

Les Mercredis Cuisine de Rue at Mont-Orford, Street Food Event

The Mont-Mégantic Popular Astronomy Festival

3 week ends July 10-11-12, 17-18-19, 24-25-26

Take advantage of the only time of year when the observatory is accessible to the public at night. and set your eyes upon the most powerful telescope in the country. Attend an ASTROLab conference introducing you to the Webb space telescope. After hop on the bus to visit two observatories: the Mount Mégantic Observatory, including a sky observation using a 1.6 m. telescope, and the Mount Mégantic Popular Observatory, with a sky observation through a 60 cm telescope. Accompanied by an astronomer and some very passionate guides, discover the night under a new light!

Festival Esprit de Potton, Local Festival

August 15 and 16, 2025

This Festival is truly a local celebration of our Potton township talents. Musical performances will be held as well as a children’s bicycle parade, a reptile stand, a climbing wall, giant inflatable castles, without forgetting the pétanque tournament and the traditional annual parade.
