Tour Our Cider Houses

The “Circuit des Cidres des Cantons » features a wide range of cider houses to visit, each with their own signature and specialties. Stop by the Cidrerie Milton in Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, sample the Cidrerie Compton creations, and discover the ciders of Moulton Hill in Sherbrooke. Tradition buffs will love to visit the Saint-Benoît-du-Lac Abbey, while the more inquisitive can explore the flavours offered at Val Caudalies in Dunham, Domaine Héritage in Frelighsburg, École du 3e rang in Saint-Joachim-de-Shefford, Autour de la pomme in Shefford, and Ferme Équinoxe in Farnham.

Savour Our Local Cheeses

The Têtes Fromagères Circuit takes you on a tour featuring passionate artisans who make their cheeses on site, often using milk from their own herds. Fine cheeses, curds, raw milk, ewe’s milk, or goat’s milk; at each stop you’ll discover products made with care, as you enjoy meeting the people who make them. Many cheese dairies also offer tastings, tours and picnic areas. Perfect for an on-the-road-foodie pause!
