Take your pick: adrenaline packed or slow and contemplative?
Mansonville's round barn, located in the heart of the village, is a heritage jewel. It piques the curiosity of visitors because there are only seven left in the Eastern Townships, all built between 1901 and 1915. The Township of Potton was home to three other round barns, now extinct. Like all old abandoned buildings, it has suffered throughout the years and requires major repairs. Since the summer of 2017, it remains temporarily closed for security reasons. However, on the outside, the Place of the Grange ronde comes to life from late May to October with the Mansonville Public Market held every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
