Covering an area of 100 km2, the municipality of Roxton Pond is adjacent to the City of Granby. The houses in the heart of the village, beautifully decorated with friezes and gingerbread, recall Roxton Pond’s past as the largest tool-producing centre in Canada in the late 19th century. Outside the village, the municipality is home to the Parc national de la Yamaska, a prime family picnic site during the summer, known for its beach and bike paths.
Take a short detour via 3e Rang road in the neighbouring municipality of Saint-Joachim-de-Shefford to continue your gourmet experience by discovering the Créateurs de Saveurs products at the École du 3e Rang winery and cider production facility on the Route des Vins de l'Estrie wine route, which extends towards the east of the region.
