Start your evening with a beet soup, followed by your choice of appetizer, including duck drumsticks, salmon tartare, and more. For the main course, choose between filet mignon, chicken drumette, cavatelli, salmon, or beef cheek. End the evening with a decadent chocolate cake, crème brûlée, or cheesecake.
