Discover the Country-Style Table Experience

Country-style dining is definitely very trendy these days. After all, what could be finer than eating a delicious meal directly at a farm? To make your experience even more exceptional, why not add some activities and, perhaps, an overnight stay in a nearby accommodation? Here are our suggestions!

Les Cocagnes

With its incomparable view of the neighbouring Mount Pinnacle, Les Cocagnes’s country-style table invites you to enjoy an intimate and delicious gastronomic experience. It all begins with a glass of wine, followed by a tour of the site and its produce farms. You’ll then head to the Pergola for an al fresco dinner, where every evening a different chef will delight you with creations inspired by the garden as well as the region’s producers. The evening ends with a pleasant moment around the fire... A great agrotourism project to discover!

Espace Old Mill

L’Espace Old Mill, located in the charming village of Stanbridge-East, L’Espace Old Mill serves as a farm, restaurant, and inn all in one. While the extensive gardens are overseen by renowned market gardener Jean-Martin Fortier, the restaurant is led by the highly talented Chef Éric Gendron. This perfect pairing creates a symphony of freshness and flavor on the plate — an innovative, high-quality culinary experience based on the principles of agroecology. Awarded a Michelin Green Star, a distinction reserved for restaurants exemplary in eco-friendly practices, L’Espace Old Mill stands out as a model of sustainable gastronomy. We recommend booking early, as seats fill up quickly!

Les Mal-Aimés

Just outside the village centre of Cookshire Eaton, the restaurant Les Mal-Aimés, featured on the 2025 Michelin Guide’s list of recommended restaurants, reveals itself nestled between the surrounding forest and vegetable fields. Here, a story of friendship and passion unfolds through its 7- or 10-course gourmet menu. Like a theatrical play, the meal at Les Mal-Aimés is composed of several acts, with the chefs taking center stage for an immersive farm-to-table experience.

The Jardins Bolton

Take a seat atop a hill, drink in hand, with a view stretching over fields, mountains, and a river. This is where La Tablée des Jardins Bolton begins: an open-air gastronomic evening in the heart of the harvest. Around a large table for 50 guests, experience an open-sky feast where chefs Samuel Hansquine and Philippe Lacroix cook directly over the fire—simple, flavorful dishes deeply rooted in the local land. The menu changes weekly, depending on what’s in season. Every bite celebrates local freshness, the present moment, and togetherness. A timeless experience not to be missed this summer.
