Every Friday in summer, between 4 and 8 p.m., our wood-fired oven lights up and Les Jardins Bolton becomes a unique meeting place where the community gathers around a simple, universal pleasure: pizza. Made with freshly harvested produce from the garden, the pizza is prepared to your liking. You can then enjoy it at our picnic tables, overlooking the mountain, the river and our gardens.
