Les Jardins Bolton's Pizza Fridays and Tablée. Every Friday in summer, between 4 and 8 pm, our wood-fired oven lights up and Les Jardins Bolton becomes a unique meeting place where the community gathers around a simple, universal pleasure: pizza. Born in 2024, this first season of Friday pizzas was an unexpected success.
Imagine yourself at the top of a hill, cocktail in hand, facing a panorama of fields, mountains and river. This is where your gustatory journey begins: Terra Nova chefs Samule Hansquine and Philippe Lacroix transform local produce into simple, tasty dishes over an open fire.
