Take your pick: adrenaline packed or slow and contemplative?
Paul Steiche and Kathy Liberopoulos acquired Café Rouge in 2010. Following the feedback of their clientele, they were able to reinvent the menu. The restaurant offers complete breakfasts until 2 p.m., pastries and bread served with jam, all homemade. For lunch, the menu consists of original salads and paninis. Café Rouge also offers a catering service for groups of 10 or more with a menu inspired by international flavors. The owners roast their own coffees from 20 different countries and is available to customers and stores. Also, 40 different teas are sold in bulk.
