La Belle Alliance

Less than 10 km from your starting point, you’ll arrive at the first suggested stop of the day as you approach a very impressive building housing the vineyard La Belle Alliance. Besides growing grapevines on a rocky terroir giving them their unique flavour, this family-run business has based its success on a philosophy of minimalist interventions (focussing on manual interventions as much as possible). A tip for the curious: when you visit, ask what the inspiration was for their vineyard’s name... If history isn’t your strong suit, you might be surprised by the answer!
