To get your quest for flavours properly started, take the Route des vins of Brome Missisquoi where all your senses will be awakened! Crossing hills and valleys, you’ll share your love for wine with 22 passionate winemakers. All along the way, you’ll also be invited to discover over a hundred of their partners “Les Amis de la Route des vins.” Among them, you’ll find lodging accommodations, restaurants and several agri-food, cultural and outdoors sports attractions.

Sutton: An Epicurean Coeur Villageois

After having toured the Brome-Missisquoi countryside, stop for a little while in the town of Sutton and make some amazing culinary discoveries! The Café de Village Le Cafetier, the fine food grocery store La Rumeur Affamée, Matis Traiteur’s catering service (the tarte Tatin alone is worth the trip to Sutton!), the microbrewery À L’Abordage, all offer plenty to satisfy any appetite. Plus, they’re located in the heart of this charming town.

L'Auberge Sutton Brouërie

A not-to be-missed stop in Sutton, the Auberge Sutton Brouërie offers you beers carefully elaborated, brewed right here and always showcasing local products. After you’ve quenched your thirst, head upstairs of the Auberge to cozy up under a warm comforter and spend the night in this quiet atmosphere before starting a new day of activities.

Gourmet par nature


At Gourmet par nature, you’ll visit a sea buckthorn plantation and discover amazing gelatos, sandwiches, jellies, jams, mustards and confit specialties, all made with this little orange berry. They can be savoured under the covered terrace or, packed for an upcoming picnic. Good to know: The main building also lodges the Savonnerie des Cantons where you can concoct your own soap in less than an hour.

Bleu Lavande

Fitch Bay

After completing your shopping list, head to Bleu Lavande, overlooking the Apple grove in the village of Fitch Bay. Take advantage of their beautiful setting to have a picnic with all kinds of local savours or to try the Lavandula bistro. You’ll be enchanted with what you’ll discover in this lavender garden where your five senses are organically solicited.

Escapades Memphrémagog

The Ives Hill Domaine


On the shores of Moe River, in Compton, the Domaine Ives Hill specializes in the production of blackcurrants and their byproducts. A visit here will allow you to taste them all as you enjoy their amazing environment. Their main activity? “Discovering everything there is to know about blackcurrants” through a guided tour, a video presentation and tastings offered to groups, upon reservations, and to the public in general, every day in July and August.

La Station Cheese Factory


The excellent cheeses of the Fromagerie La Station have made this place a true gourmet must. At the boutique, discover among others, Alfred Le Fermier (a firm raw cheese), the Comtomme (semi-firm refined cheese), the Chemin Hatley (firm cheese) and the renowned original or pepper raclette cheeses.
