Bye Bye 2020

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce pear liqueur from L’École du 3e rang — Vignoble et Cidrerie
  • 0.75 ounce of verjuice or lemon juice if you don’t have any on hand
  • 3.5 ounces of sparkling cider from Union Libre cidre & vin
  • 1 pear slice and a peppermint leaf to garnish

Method

  • In a flute, pour the pear liqueur and verjuice/lemon juice
  • Add the sparkling cider
  • Garnish and serve

Mocktail Version

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces of pear juice
  • 3 ounces of Maternelle Apple Must from L’École du 3e rang — Vignoble et Cidrerie
  • 0.50 ounce of verjuice or lemon juice
  • 1 apple slice and a peppermint leaf to garnish

Method

  • In a flute, pour the pear juice and verjuice/lemon juice
  • Add the apple must
  • Garnish and serve

After all, your little ones have the right to celebrate with bubbles just as the taller ones! A tip: opt for a different garnish so you’ll know which glasses have and which ones don’t have alcohol.
