These three cheese factories of the region open their doors and invite all amateurs to savour their carefully developed products. At the Fromagerie Latino, you’ll discover fresh cheeses inspired by well-established Latin American traditions: halloumi, queso blanco and other specialties are offered year-round here. At the Fromagerie Proulx, fresh cheddar and curd cheese, as well as the honest taste only homemade products can offer are among the local favourites.
