Voici plusieurs idées pour organiser votre week-end, du 10 au 12 novembre, même à la toute dernière minute! Activités, sorties, découvertes... de tout, pour tous!
Amorcer votre tournée des marchés de Noël
La Féerie de Noël d’Austin, le Salon Rue des artisans à Sherbrooke, Les Trésors de chez nous à Sainte-Praxède, etc. Le défilé des marchés de Noël des Cantons-de-l’Est débute en fin de semaine! Autant d’occasions de vous laisser séduire par l’immense talent et la créativité de nos artistes et artisans. Autant d’occasions aussi de garnir le dessous de votre sapin ainsi que vos bas de Noël!
Aller voir un spectacle
Et ce n’est pas le choix qui manque! Des exemples? Alejandra Ribera sera au Théâtre Granada vendredi. Alain Choquette vendredi, et Alexandre Barette samedi, seront au Centre culturel de Joliette. Vendredi et samedi, le spectacle Musicophonie en famille avec notamment Marie-Ève Janvier et Jean-François Breau, aura lieu au Palace de Granby. Michel Rivard sera au Cabaret d’Eastman vendredi et samedi tandis que Dominic et Martin ainsi que Vincent Vallières prendront la scène du Vieux Clocher de Magog, vendredi et samedi respectivement. Enfin, Martin Perizzolo tentera de vous faire rire samedi, au Centre culturel de l’Université de Sherbrooke.
Courir et prendre une bière (ou vice versa)
Quand? Dimanche, lors du demi marathon des microbrasseries à Bromont. Un défi à relever dans un cadre naturel vraiment magnifique. Vous avez encore jusqu’à vendredi pour vous inscrire en ligne. Lunch et dégustation de bières de microbrasseries inclus!
Aller voir une exposition de textiles
Jusqu’au 21 décembre, au musée Bruck à Cowansville, a lieu une exposition mettant en scène 8 artisans très doués pour créer de très jolies œuvres (couture, tissage, broderie, etc.) à partir de fibres de toutes sortes. Filon Textile donne à voir des tableaux, des courtepointes, des tricots, des vêtements et des pièces artistiques uniques en leur genre.
Passer au salon
Celui de la FADOQ en l’occurrence. L’événement aura lieu samedi et dimanche au Centre de foires de Sherbrooke, et présentera près d’une centaine de kiosques. Ateliers divers, conférences et panels sont également au programme. Art de vivre, santé, consommation, voyages, finances, etc. Autant de thèmes qui coloreront l’événement.
Se souvenir…
Afin de souligner le jour du Souvenir, en hommage aux soldats morts lors de la Première Guerre mondiale, mais également de toutes celles qui ont suivi, vous êtes invités à assister à la cérémonie qui aura lieu à la Basilique-cathédrale Saint-Michel, à Sherbrooke, ce dimanche à 13 h 50. Une parade défilera dans les rues du centre-ville par la suite.
