In the Eastern Townships, there are plenty of great products. Here are some of our proud flagship creations which, we’re certain, will totally seduce your taste buds. Psst! You'll find the majority of these products in the grocery stores of the region.

Les Bobines’ Trout Products

Les Bobines fish farm, located in the beautiful East Hereford countryside, established the most important trout production site in Quebec. Since 1980, and following the guidelines for sustainable fish farming, they’ve been raising rainbow trout and processing their fish to produce a panoply of succulent products. Among the most popular: their cold smoked trout and their irresistible smoked trout spread.

A totally artisanal creation, the smoked sausage and other delicious charcuteries of Charcuterie Scotstown will truly delight your taste buds. For more than 15 years now, amateurs of fine meats have been rushing to buy their delicious products as they’re constantly refining their recipes. We love their Franceville sausage, offered in three divine flavours (garlic and pepper, cheddar or lemon).

La Pinte

We’ll never say it enough: all the La Pinte products are of an amazing finesse and exquisitely rich. This artisanal dairy, located in Ayer’s Cliff, sources its products exclusively from local farms producing organic milk from their Jersey cows. The result is an absolutely decadent range of milk, cream and chocolate milk, all 100% natural. You’ll find their pretty glass bottles in several grocery stores.

Caséal Maple Products

This small sugar shack found in Milan specializes in producing and processing organic maple syrup. Here they offer a selection of refined products made with their famous nectar with a very pronounced maple flavour, with notes of vanilla and hazelnuts.
