Planning a convention? A business meeting with several partners? A celebration gathering hundreds of guests? If you want to make your event shine, consider Bishop’s University! Here are four reasons why.
The University’s halls and meeting rooms truly stand out from more conventional ones with traditional settings, and represent a great asset if you wish to make an impression. Some examples? The Centennial Theater with its 550 seats or the Bandeen concert hall which can welcome 150 guests. There is also the remarkable Bishop William auditorium as well as several meeting rooms all offering cutting-edge technology.
Here, the staff will take charge of your event from the moment you first contact them through to its completion: coordination, restauration, catering and bar services, different activities (pool, gym, golf, bike path, etc.) … You’ll be able to put your mind at ease as soon as you’ve conveyed your needs and requirements to the University’s event coordinators .
From mid-May to mid-August, Bishop’s University welcomes several major events to its campus. Most universities actually offer many more types of accommodations than just dorms- this is what you’ll discover at Bishop’s University at least! If your event lasts more than a day, you’ll have a variety of apartments as well as recently renovated semi-private rooms to choose from. The University lodgings can accommodate up to 900 guests!
Founded in 1843, Bishop’s University’s campus buildings are absolutely magnificent. Located in Lennoxville, the University is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and offers many nearby amenities and attractions such as parks, restaurants, a microbrewery- just to name a few.
