Discover a Café du Village

And what if you start your day with a brunch? At the Café du village Pierre Jean Jase, you’ll savour a gourmet meal concocted with local products like those of the Laiterie de Coaticook, the Fromagerie de la Gare, the Kiri bakery, the Ferme à Diane... Good to know: they’ve reserved a play corner for the little, right in the dining area.

Keep Your Eyes Wide Open at the Museum

At only a ten-minute walk from the café, the AlterAnima exhibit of the Musée Nature Science invites you to come face to face with hundreds of mounted animals, such as a polar bear, for example. Visual and auditory surprises, explanations given by virtual guides and games aimed at finding certain well-hidden specimens in a strange forest, will offer you a great time. Young photographers don’t forget your cameras!

Take in a Load of Fresh Air

Head to the slopes of the Mont-Bellevue park [perfect for beginners]. Do you prefer to skate? The Domaine Howard Park is a superb place for this activity.

Psst! Will you be in the area in December? Walk around the Christmas Market at the Marché de la gare; there’s something for everyone in your family.
