What to do this week-end - March 23-24

Published on Mar 18, 2019

Now that the sugaring-off season is well under way, it’s time to head for a sugar camp - all the better to satisfy your sweet tooth…..May we also suggest an outing to a spa, a meal at one of our great hotel restaurants and outdoor fun with a host of winter (still) activities!

Sample the bounty of the season!

Seven sugar camps in the Townships offer maple syrup and maple products served with a unique twist – a whole new take on the bounty of the season!

You can still play in the snow

Because of the abundant snowfall this winter, there is still enough of the white stuff to go and play in the great outdoors. Snowshoeing, cross-county skiing, downhill skiing, fat biking, winter hikes – the choice is yours!

Have a quick dip at a spa

This weekend, Strøm Spa Nordique is running one of its Dimanches Bains & Brunch (Brunch and Bath Sundays). Spend the morning soaking in the thermal baths, then tuck into a buffet-style gourmet brunch. Places are limited, so reservations are essential.

Sunday, March 24 (9am-2pm) | Strøm Spa Nordique, Sherbrooke

Take a break – eat ‘n’ sleep!

Thinking of eating out this weekend ? Here are eight establishments with excellent restaurants where, instead of rushing home, you can eat and sleep over – a great way to enjoy a quick break !
