Our wines and natural ciders are vinified by Christian Barthomeuf, co-owner of Clos Saragnat with Louise Dupuis. In 1989, Christian created Quebec's first ice wine and in the same year created the first ice cider in the world. Several awards have highlighted this contribution in the Canadian agri-food industry. Our first passerillage trials began in 2000. The straw wines that resulted are an example of adaptation to climate change. The year 2002 was an important turning point in our life. We changed our production methods in order to obtain organic certification. Visits are from 20 June to 27 September on Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m.
