Celebrate our Sherbrooke gastronomy with the return of the Sherbrooke met la table event. For sixteen days, participating restaurants will offer three-course table d’hôte lunch menus for $20 and evening menus for $30, $40 or $50. What will be the most tempting selection for you? Comme Chez-Soi’s braised pork flank? Overflow’s Mac & Cheese? Auguste’s homemade blood sausage? Pizzicato’s Brome Lake Duck pizza?

Head Out on a Steeple Tour with the Balade des Clochers

From Sherbrooke to Lac-Mégantic, discover the hidden treasures of our churches’ heritage by following the Balade des Clochers route that will have you explore four churches on the territory of the Sherbrooke dioceses. When you take either a guided or if you follow the route on your own, the circuit if free of charge and will have you learn more about the works of art, the architecture and the history of these places of worship.

Immerse Yourself Inside the World of Literature at the Salon du livre

The 43rd edition of the Salon du livre de l’Estrie will be held in festival mode and in various locations in Sherbrooke. Literary prescriptions, lectures, discussions, book signings … the 30 headlining authors, including local authors Hervé Gagnon, Véronique Drouin and Mylène Gilbert-Dumas, await your visit!

Visit Les Épouvantables Bromont

Head out on Shefford Street in the old village of Vieux-Bromont to meet Les Épouvantables, Bromont’s scarecrows. Vote for your favourite creation among all these strange creatures as you participate in the hunt to unmask the culprit trying to ruin Halloween. You might even win a prize!

Participate in the Festival Les Jours Sont Contés

What’s on the program during the festival of Les Jours Sont Contés? About a dozen live performances, an listening experience installation, two telephone storytelling concepts, a collective viewing session as well as a storytelling slam event.
