Here are some suggestions for the first weekend in December.

Festivities in the vineyards!

This weekend, several wineries along the Brome-Missisquoi Wine Route are staging a « Spécial des Fêtes » (“Holiday Special”) event. Food and wine pairings, seasonal ambience with fire pits, gifts… A great opportunity to enjoy the wineries in their winter garb and to stock up on supplies for the holidays! Wineries open Saturday and Sunday, 10am-4:30pm | Check out the list of participating wineries

Watch the Santa Claus Parade in Richmond

Santa will soon be arriving in the heart of Pays de l’ardoise… namely Richmond! The parade ends at Parc René Thibault, kicking off the official Christmas celebrations with the lighting of a giant Christmas tree. Gather up the family and go!

Wander through the Christmas markets
