Spa Bolton

Situated close to the Missisquoi River Falls in East Bolton, this spa really blends into the environment. Its specialty? The spa’s own brand of body care products – oils, soaps and so on - created by a couple of local companies, Zayat Aroma and Savons des Cantons. Are children allowed? Yes, but only one morning a month, if a reservation is made beforehand.

Spa Eastman

Arguably the most famous spa in Quebec, Spa Eastman’s reputation has spread far and wide. Surrounded by forest and with a view of Mont Orford, it sprawls over 300 acres of land, crisscrossed by 15 kilometres of trails. Its specialty? Themed retreats, conferences, workshops etc. and regular special events. Are children allowed? Yes, but only those aged 12 and older.


Situated outside Bromont, BALNEA spa sits on the shores of a private lake, surrounded by a vast tract of wilderness. Its specialty? BALNEA’s restaurant Le Lumami, known for its healthy, regional cuisine. Are children allowed? From time to time, the spa opens its doors to small fry (5 years and up). Spa Nordic Station

This rustic spa, which is on the Chemin des Pères in Magog, has a warm, welcoming ambience. Its specialty? The « steam crypt » in which spa-goers are enveloped in a soothing, damp mist, leaving them feeling utterly relaxed. Are children allowed? No.

Spa Algua-Sulis

In Sherbrooke, not far from the Lac des Nations, this downtown spa offers spa-goers a unique experience and a wide choice of treatments. Its specialty? An intimate setting in a heritage building. The spa can accommodate only six people at a time. Are children allowed? No.

Strom Spa

A haven of peace in downtown Sherbrooke. Its specialty? « Well-being Mondays », « Cozy Thursdays », family brunches, « Fridays under the stars » etc. In other words, a multitude of different experiences, adding to the pleasure of a spa visit. Are children allowed? On the first Sunday of every month, the spa welcomes youngsters aged 3-15 for brunch and a surprise! On this day, they also have access to the thermal baths.
