Boucle du lac Mohawk

Parc d'environnement naturel de Sutton

The gentlest of our trails, leading to a real treasure of a small crystal clear lake, and a breathtaking view of the green (and white) mountains of our neighbours to the south. After crossing the ski area (except in winter season when you follow Round Top trail, Entre-deux trail and Braydon trail), the trail rises fairly gently to a magnificent sugar maple stand at 575 metres, the knot of the Mohawk loop. There you take the way up to Mohawk Lake and then get to the Abenaki rock, a natural overlook offering one of the best views of the network.
