Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my L’EST GO card for all member ski resorts?

The L’EST GO card was created to allow you to try out all our four ski stations. You can use it as many times as you want at any of the stations, as there are no restrictions. However, depending on your needs, the multi-day pass for one of the other resorts may be a better option. It's up to you to check.

Can I reload my old L’EST GO card with new ski days?

Yes. If you hold a L'Est.GO 2023-2024 season card. You can do so by going to the lestgo.ca website and click on Login in the top right-hand corner. If your card dates back to previous seasons of 2022, you won’t be able to reload it. You’ll need to create an account and proceed with the purchase. Then, on your first visit, you’ll need to go to Customer Services to obtain a new card.

How can I check how many ski days I have left from past years?

By clicking on the following link L’EST GO, you’ll find a button under the pricing grid that says How many days do I have left? You’ll need to enter your card number to get a real-time answer.

Is it normal that I didn’t receive a redemption code this year?

Yes. The ski resorts have decided to no longer charge the $10 fee to use leftover visits from previous years.

Can I go directly to the chairlifts with my card from last year to use my remaining visits, or do I have to go through customer service?

You can indeed go directly to the chairlift if your card was active last season.

If I didn't use all my ski days at the end of the season, can I use them the following season?

The ski days you purchase this year are valid only for the current season. Administrative fees and price adjustments may apply next season if you want to carry them over.

How do I go about offering the ski card

You’ll need to create a profile in the name of the person to whom you’re giving the card along with their contact details. You can leave your email address as a reference, or the email of the person who’ll be receiving the card.

Will we be able to keep using the Ski Show special rates or presale rates if we want to buy more tickets after our card has expired?

When you’ve used up all your tickets, in order to buy a new card, you’ll need to pay the current rate applicable.

I have a problem because I forgot my password. I requested a new password, but never got it. What should I do?

The first question to ask yourself is: Did you create your profile on www.lestgo.ca? We changed platforms in 2022, and you must recreate a profile for each family member. If you do not receive a password reset email and you had created your profile last year, there was likely an error in the email you entered. Please contact info@lestgo.ca.

Is it possible to have multiple age categories and number of ski days on one card?

No, because the card is unique for each skier. Therefore, each member of a family must purchase their own card.

When and where can I retrieve my card?

Cards will be available starting December 1, or upon your first visit to one of our resorts.

What happens if I lose my card?

You will be charged $5 in order for obtaining a new card.

Can I use one of the four ski resort annual cards to purchase my L’EST GO tickets?

No, the L’EST GO card is the only card compatible with the L’EST GO tickets.

What happens if I forget or lose my confirmation email?

You must go to one of the resorts for your first visit and one of the customer services assistants will be able to trace the transaction and issue you a card.

After having purchased the card, how soon can we collect and use it at the ski resort?

It takes 5 minutes to complete the transaction.

I have leftover days from previous years, but when I check how many days I have left, I get an error message.

Please contact L’EST GO customer service at info@lestgo.ca if it is before your visit to a ski resort. Otherwise, check directly with the customer service of any of the resorts when you arrive.

When I’m purchasing a L’EST GO card, I’m I going to received it by mail?

No, you have to go to the customer service at the mountain of your choice to pick it up.
