If you still have remaining days from this year or previous years, once pricing is finalized, we will send an email to all pass holders with remaining visits. This will allow you to keep your ski days active for the upcoming season by paying $10 per remaining visit per person.

1 Valid anytime with no blackout dates. Valid for the current season only. In the event that you have residual ski days at the end of the season, a fee of $10 per visit + taxes will be required to reactivate your ski days for the next season. Card is individual and non-transferable. No refunds. Not redeemable for cash. A refundable $5 deposit will be added to the price of each card.
No, you have to go to the customer service at the mountain of your choice to pick it up.
Yes. If you hold a L'Est.GO 2023-2024 season card. You can do so by going to the lestgo.ca website and click on Login in the top right-hand corner. If your card dates back to previous seasons of 2022, you won’t be able to reload it. You’ll need to create an account and proceed with the purchase. Then, on your first visit, you’ll need to go to Customer Services to obtain a new card.
The ski days you purchase this year are valid only for the current season. If you have any remaining ski days on your card, you will receive an exchange code before the start of the next season. You can use this code on the platform to pay a fixed fee of $10 per ski day to keep your remaining visits active.
You’ll need to create a profile in the name of the person to whom you’re giving the card along with their contact details. You can leave your email address as a reference, or the email of the person who’ll be receiving the card.
When you’ve used up all your tickets, in order to buy a new card, you’ll need to pay the current rate applicable.
It takes 5 minutes to complete the transaction.
The first thing to ask yourself is, did you create your profile on the www.lestgo.ca platform, because we changed platforms last year, and you'll have to create a new profile for all the members of your family. If you don't receive an e-mail to reset your password and you created your profile last year, there must have been an error in the e-mail you submitted. Please contact info@lestgo.ca.

No, because the card is unique for each skier. Therefore, each member of a family must purchase their own card.
Cards will be available starting December 1, or upon your first visit to one of our resorts.
You must go to one of the resorts for your first visit and one of the customer services assistants will be able to trace the transaction and issue you a card.

No, the L’EST GO card is the only card compatible with the L’EST GO tickets.
This is because until you pay the $10 to reactivate them, the residual days are blocked, which is why it shows 0.
