Procedure for Cards Retrievals

2022–2023 Season: No reloading will be possible due to a change in technology.

Step 1: Create a profile

We invite you to create a profile on the new platform. This profile will allow you to always know the number of remaining ski days on your card throughout the winter and to be able to buy more if necessary.

Step 2

You can then proceed to buy the number of requested ski days.

Step 3

With the confirmation e-mail that you received following your purchase of the cards, go to one of the ski resorts to pick up your card. If you have a card from previous seasons, bring it back to customer services for a deposit refund. If you had any ski days left, they will be transferred to your new card.

Step 4

You’re now all set to head down the slopes of some of Québec’s most beautiful resorts!
Have a great ski season!

The sanitary measures prescribed by the Public Health authorities must be complied with at all times.

All L’EST GO card owners agree to respect the measures in force at the time of their visit to a resort. These measures are posted on each resort’s website.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reload my old L’EST GO card with new ski days?

No. Because the technology has changed, your old card is no longer valid and you’ll need to create a profile to purchase a new card. You must then go to the customer services department of the ski resort of your choice with your old L’EST GO card, where they’ll exchange it for a new one. The resort attendant will be able to tell you how many tickets are left and will add them to the number of extra ski days purchased if applicable.

What will happen if for any reason related to COVID the resorts must close this winter before the end of the season?

Exceptionally, you can keep your card for next season without losing any ski days.

If the resort stays open all season, but I still didn’t use all my ski days, will I be able to use them next season?

Yes. However, the resort will charge you to cover the rate increase on a daily ticket as well as some administrative fees.

How do I go about offering the ski card as a gift?

You’ll need to create a profile in the name of the person to whom you’re giving the card along with their contact details. You can leave your email address as a reference, or the email of the person who’ll be receiving the card.

Will we be able to keep using the Ski Show special rates or presale rates if we want to buy more tickets after our card has expired?

When you’ve used up all your tickets, in order to buy a new card, you’ll need to pay the current rate applicable.

After having purchased the card, how soon can we collect and use it at the ski resort?

It takes 5 minutes to complete the transaction.

Is it possible to have different categories of a number of ski days on each card?

No, because the card is unique for each skier. Therefore, each member of a family must purchase their own card.

Will a skier’s card be blocked at the resort after use or will it be possible to apply it later on the same day for evening skiing?

The card can be used during the daytime and evening on the same day, but this will result in two tickets being charged.

When and where can I retrieve my card?

Starting December 1 with your first visit to one of our ski resorts.

What happens if I forget or lose my confirmation email?

You must go to one of the resorts for your first visit and one of the customer services assistants will be able to trace the transaction and issue you a card.

What happens if I lose my card?

You will be charged $10 in order for obtaining a new card.

If I have a card, do I still have to go to the customer services department?

No, you’ll be able to pass through the ski resort’s RFID.

Can I use one of the four ski resort annual cards to purchase my L’EST GO tickets?

No, the L’EST GO card is the only card compatible with the L’EST GO tickets.
